It’s the most wonderful time of the year! And we’re not just talking about the holidays. The 2023 cycle of The Perry ‘Second Chances’ Scholarship, our flagship program, is NOW OPEN. Please be sure to tell any woman or girl you know who has been impacted by incarceration, whether she is currently or formerly incarcerated herself or the daughter of an incarcerated person, to visit the PSCS website and apply!
